Waikiki

 

Another jaw-dropping postcard from cindi (iheartmail). For some it could be just an ordinary postcard.

But for me, it is awesome! Cindi told me that whenever they travel to Oahu, they stay in Waikiki. She also mentioned that the streets are lined with many shops and restaurants and that she find it lovely. (well i think it surely is!)

And who doesnt love FIREWORKS? Yes! They have it every Friday!

 

Kyiv

Alex (oswald27 on instagram) sent me these Kyiv postcards.

When I wrote her my postcards, I told her that a good friend of mine is living in Ukraine. I met her 2 years ago in Stuttgart and she went back to Ukraine in 2012.

I am aware that Kyiv is the capital city of Ukraine. But I am bot familiar with any of its Landmarks. I want to know more about different places so I decided to read something more about Kiev. I found out that this is actually called “Maidan Nezalezhnosti” or “Independence Square” .. But it is known for “Maidan” which means “square”.

Just like a lot people are sayin, there’s a lot to see in London. 🙂 it’s from Linda (marble_dreams on Instagram). I havent visited London yet but I got some friends living and working there.. and mind you – they never send me postcards 😀

She also mentioned that last Christmas, they commissioned well-known fashion designers to dress the Disney Prinsesses..

Peace Gardens

The new Peace Gardens is located in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, England.

She mentioned that a friend of her went to Sheffield and got these postcards for her.

 

I love postcards with brief informations what the postcard is all about. Not because I got something more to read, but i think its just nice when you receive a postcard but even nicer if you gained some knowledge out of it.

I told him “ohh send me a postcard then”..

I swear I didnt ask if its ok.. I was very proactive!

And believe me, he has no reason to say no. LOL  I actually didnt give him
